Privacy & demo information

A sample workspace, just for this browser

The public demo uses sample records. Edits and tickets in your demo session never change Seamus’s private operating records. Please use fictional names and do not enter personal or confidential information.

A necessary HTTP-only cookie keeps Customer, Cashier, Cook and Owner demo views in the same sample workspace. The cookie lasts up to 24 hours. Server-side sample records can remain until reset; cookie expiry alone does not erase them. Use “Reset my demo” to replace your session’s records with sample defaults. The site owner can clear all sample sessions.

Simple activity counts

When enabled, the app counts public page views and a limited set of button actions by day and view. These counters do not store visitor names, emails, IP addresses, form contents or individual browsing histories. The owner alone can see or erase the totals. Counts are retained for up to 30 days and cleaned when new events arrive. Hosting infrastructure may process request information separately to operate and secure the site.

Private means separate

The real owner workspace and its data endpoints require Seamus’s authorized account. Signing in with a different account does not provide access. Public Owner demo access is not access to the real workspace.
